How is a New Patient appointment different from a regular appointment?
New Patient Appointments allow for a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your current health status, along with a detailed review of any previous medical records to ensure continuity of care. This appointment also includes the initiation of appropriate referrals to specialists, if needed, and the ordering of relevant labs or tests to help guide your treatment plan.
In addition, it supports the development of a collaborative treatment plan that may include medication management, self-care practices, and holistic approaches tailored to your unique needs.
Prescriptions for the first month of treatment will be sent to your pharmacy of choice when indicated. This all-inclusive approach ensures that all aspects of your well-being — mental, physical, and emotional — are addressed in a thoughtful and personalized manner.
